A Farm Worker which is sometimes known as Farm Labourers is an individual that works on the farm and perform regular planting, cultivation, and irrigation of the farmland. They perform series of function which include care and safe operation of farm machinery and equipment, care and maintenance of farm machinery and equipment, cultivation of crops, and the irrigation of farmland as may be required.
An individual is however required to possess some certain features and qualifications before they can be considered for the position which ranges from having excellent customer service skills, goal and detail oriented, capable of lifting heavy objects, strong interpersonal skills, strong and energetic, active listening skills, and able to strictly adhere to instructions.
